SHIPPING POLICY

It generally takes 1-3 business days to process an order, but factors like order load, stock availability and seasonal demands mean that this figure can fluctuate. When your order ships, you should receive an email with a tracking number. Orders including more than one item may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouses.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

We ship worldwide, standard shipping usually takes 4-8 business days, while shipping with express ranges from 1-3 business days. Orders above $100 USD in America and CAD in Canada receive free standard shipping. But of course, do remember that these shipping times are entirely estimates and might be affected by any number of international shipping. Unfortunately, late returns which are past its due time cannot be exchanged.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

- COVID 19 Impact: Potential delay in shipping can occur due to limited courier staff in operations. Unfortunately, this is out of our control to optimize. From our warehouse we do our best to ensure timely delivery.
- Delivery Delays: During peak sale periods, or at the time of new collection launches, delivery may take longer than the specified time frame. Unfortunately, once the item leaves our warehouse we cannot make up for unexpected delays.
-Customs Charges: Please realize that online store prices don't include overseas duties and customs charges. These are determined by local customs offices, and they are out of our control. Please review your country's customs charges before making a purchase.

MISSING PACKAGES

Please provide the accurate address for shipment; if a package goes missing due to an input of the wrong address, we aren't responsible for the loss. If there are additional costs incurred because of incorrect addresses, the customer will be responsible. Always keep your tracking number on hand, and stay watchful in the mailbox. Once shipped out, it is not our responsibility to handle stolen, or lost packages. As for package problems after shipment, please get in touch with the courier directly.
